Setup is fast and simple. The 5-meter straps have white stitched numbers and lines, so both rings hang at the same height every time.

  • 2 gymnastic rings, engraved for you: your name (up to 20 characters, 6 fonts) or your own logo, with a live preview before you order. Unvarnished birch, 28.5 mm grip thickness, 18 cm inside diameter (FIG size).

The wraps stop your wrists from bending too far back under load. With L and R markings, they go on in seconds.

In a lab test, a ring held more than 500 kg before it broke. That's a big safety margin for dynamic training. For your safety, we recommend a working load of up to 150 kg.
