Free EU Shipping on Orders Over €80
We are excited to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders totaling €80 or more.
The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout once your cart meets the threshold. This offer is valid for all shipping destinations listed in our zones below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

For personalized items (such as our custom-engraved rings), please allow an additional 1-2 business days for us to create your unique product.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays: High volume periods or postal service problems might cause delays. We will notify you of any significant delays in processing your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Zones (For Orders Under €80)
For all orders under €80, we offer simple flat-rate shipping based on your destination. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Carrier
To provide you with the best possible service and rates, we use reliable shipping partners. Our orders are shipped via DPD or through the Eurosender (eurosender.com) booking platform, which utilizes various reputable couriers. The specific carrier for your order will be assigned based on your location.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the link provided in the email.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As we only ship within the European Union, you will not incur any additional customs duties or import taxes. The price you pay at checkout is the final price for the goods and shipping.
7. Damages
Unite Body&Mind is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier (DPD or the courier assigned via Eurosender) directly to file a claim. The carrier information can be found in your shipment confirmation email. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.
