Are rings good for beginners? Yes. You set the difficulty with your body angle: the more upright you stand, the easier the exercise. Start with ring rows and push-ups, then work up to pull-ups and dips.

Strength

Tested to 500 kg.

In a lab test, a ring held more than 500 kg before it broke. That's a big safety margin for dynamic training. For your safety, we recommend a working load of up to 150 kg.
