By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, you may not use this website.

2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.
You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, and you may not use the Service in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction.
You must not transmit any malicious code or interfere with the operation of the website.
3. Products, Descriptions and Prices
We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. Wood is a natural material, so grain, colour and shade will vary between individual items. These variations are a feature of the material, not a defect.
Prices are shown in euros and may change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
Occasionally our site may contain typographical errors relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel any order placed on the basis of incorrect information. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund you in full.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per person or per order, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Personalized and Custom-Engraved Products
We engrave exactly the text or artwork you submit, including any spelling, spacing or punctuation. Please check your input carefully before completing your order.
If you notice a mistake, email us at info@unitebodymind.eu within 12 hours of ordering. If engraving has not yet started, we will correct it free of charge.
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged and are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal, as set out in our Refund Policy and permitted under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This does not affect your rights if the item is damaged, faulty, or engraved differently from what you ordered.
5. Artwork, Logos and Intellectual Property You Submit
When you upload a logo, image, name or any other content to be engraved, you confirm that:
- you own the rights to that content, or you have permission from the rights holder to use it in this way;
- the content does not infringe any trademark, copyright, design right or other right of a third party;
- the content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or hateful.
You grant us permission to reproduce your content solely for the purpose of producing your order.
We may refuse any order where we have reason to believe the submitted content infringes third-party rights or is otherwise unlawful or inappropriate. If we refuse an order for this reason, we will refund you in full.
You agree to hold us harmless from any claim brought by a third party arising from content you submitted to us.
If you would like us to feature your engraved product on our website or social media, we will ask for your permission first. We will not publish your order without your consent.
6. Product Safety and Proper Use
Please read this section before using our gymnastic rings or any suspension equipment purchased from us.
Gymnastic rings and straps are training equipment intended for bodyweight exercise by users in good health. Improper installation or misuse can cause serious injury.
- Follow the installation instructions supplied with your order.
- Mount the rings only to a structure capable of safely supporting the load, and verify its integrity before each use.
- Observe the stated maximum working load. Do not exceed it.
- Inspect the rings, straps and buckles before every session. Stop using them immediately if you see wear, cracks, fraying or deformation.
- Do not use the equipment above hard surfaces without adequate matting.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Consult a doctor before beginning any new training programme. Any training content, guides or videos we provide are for general information and do not constitute medical or professional coaching advice. You train at your own risk.
Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by a defective product under applicable product liability law.
7. Your Consumer Rights
All our products carry the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity under EU law. If a product does not correspond to what was ordered or develops a fault that is not caused by wear, misuse or improper installation, contact us at info@unitebodymind.eu.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide this website and its content on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or loss of data, arising from your use of this website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or by a defective product, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Slovenian or EU law. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully intact.
9. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our site may contain links to third-party websites or make use of third-party tools. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Please review their terms before using them.
10. Personal Information
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@unitebodymind.eu. We aim to resolve every issue directly and fairly.
We do not currently recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider under the Slovenian Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes (ZIsRPS). You may still contact the European Consumer Centre Slovenia for free advice on cross-border purchases.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
