Rings Setup Guide
1 Placement
Find a sturdy overhead structure like a beam, bar, or tree branch. The structure should be capable of safely supporting your body weight and dynamic movements.

2 Set Up
Grab one end of the strap and put it through one ring. Push down on the buckle lever to open the buckle and thread the strap through it. Make sure the strap goes in the right direction; it should thread from the back of the buckle to the front.

3 Adjust
Adjust strap length for desired height.

4 Grip
For best grip, use chalk or tennis handle wrap on your hands to improve traction on the rings.
