How to Hang Your Gymnastic Rings

You want to start training with workout rings but don’t know where to use them? Here is how you can hang your rings:

Inside Your House 

If you want to workout at the comfort of your house, you can hang your rings from a strong pull-up bar. Just loop the straps over, and you’re ready!

However this way you can get a lot of restriction with the training space. Best solution for this is big metal hooks in the ceiling, but just make sure it can handle your weight. Safety first :)

Outside in the Fresh Air 

The best place to exercise is outside on fresh air, if the weather supports it. I would suggest you to hang your rings at the calisthenics playground. The best place for this are monkey bars, which allow you alot of room for your workout exercises.

You can also go one step further and search for a big, thick tree branch. Make sure the branch is "awake" green and strong and not "sleepy" dry or brown.
