Every Source of Our Actions Comes from Within

Every Source of Our Actions Comes from Within

Hello! You stumbled upon this blog for a reason. Maybe you want to fix your bad patterns, or simply improve your well-being – whether that means easing negative emotions or being happy and content with where you currently are in life.

Let me tell you something ... Just like most people, I used to blame others for my own well-being many times and point fingers elsewhere. But sooner or later, we realize that every source of our actions comes from ourselves, from our core – from within. But what is this "within," and how can this essence be fixed so that it works in our favor and not to our detriment?

The Power of Our Awareness

What is within us is what most yogis most frequently refer to as our awareness. Our awareness is what separates us humans from other beings or even from artificial intelligence. Intellectually, we are the most advanced creatures on this planet, yet our main tool – our mind – is still often at odds with ourselves.

With awareness, we can gently shift the direction of our mind. By doing so, we ensure that our thoughts travel in the direction we want for our future. Our thoughts are energy, from which words or even actions are later realized. That is why it is extremely important what kind of thoughts we have and whether they benefit us or not.

How Can You Improve Your Awareness?

There are many practices that can help you with this:

  • awareness of inhalations and exhalations,

  • awareness that you are just a small part of the whole Earth, which travels through the entire universe,

  • various practices of yoga and conscious movement.

Personally, what helps me the most is meditation. With it, you literally travel inside yourself, eliminate all distractions, and clearly see where your mind actually is and what kind of thoughts it is producing.

Because I believe so strongly in meditation, and because it has helped me rest, change my patterns, eliminate bad habits, and recognize negative emotions before I even identify with them, I decided to share these thoughts with you. I want to show you that there are ways to help yourself.

Meditation is a Marathon, Not a Sprint

Of course, meditation does not offer a transformation overnight. Everything you have carried inside you for years and pushed under the rug will start coming to the surface. The practice of meditation is a marathon, not a sprint.

But to be able to run this marathon, you need to be fit and have your body in a state of comfort. This means that you are comfortable during the process itself. That is why the physical aspect of the body is so important – a healthy body will allow you a smoother transition from a lower to a higher state of consciousness.

Our meditation cushions can also help you with this at the following link: 👉 Mandala Buckwheat Meditation Cushion (Vegan Leather Zafu)

The Medicine You Carry Within

So, wherever you currently find yourself in your life, remember that natural remedies exist for anxiety, depression, anger, sadness, and similar negative emotions. All this medicine is already located inside your body. The only question is whether you will know how and want to turn on your awareness. :)
